This salad dressing is of course suitable for all phases of Atkins, Keto diets and Paleo-Primal diners as well. This mayo, thinned with a little some cream or coconut cream makes a lovely salad dressing. It is also doubles as a Bernaise Sauce stand-in for meats, fish and even some veggies! Yum!!
