I’m not personally fond of horseradish sauce with my prime rib roast. It’s an acquired taste I just never acquired. 🙂 I much prefer the “au jus” natural gravy the roasts make. But my husband really likes it and this is the recipe he prefers. This sauce is suitable for all phases of Atkins. 1 c. sour cream
1 T. horseradish
1 T. mayonnaise (I use homemade)
Dash salt and black pepper
DIRECTIONS: Stir all ingredients together, chill and serve with rib roasts, New England Boiled Beef, or grilled steaks.
